Rush through the busy docks of France's largest harbor, dive into the depths below and pass through a sleepless business sector clinging to the shoreline. |
History
Omega Harbour was completed with some delay in late 2144 but it was granted an appearance in the schedule for that season. The considerably more complex design of the track - compared to its contemporaries - combined with lacking preparation time posed a significant challenge for teams and pilots, but it didn't stop the track from receiving a full-time stay on the calendar for subsequent years. Similarly to Ishtar Citadel, Omega Harbour has seen several modifications during the past years, usually with a change for the better. Though it is the pundits' favourite topic during any event at the French venue, to discuss whether Omega Harbour lost any of its character with these changes.
